The Talleys

The Talleys are a Christian music family group that began performing in 1984. They have since become one of the most beloved and respected groups in the industry, known for their commitment to excellence and creativity in music, as well as their clear communication of the gospel in their concerts. The group was formed by Roger Talley, his wife Debra, and their daughter Lauren. They enjoyed early success, including a Dove Award and numerous Singing News Fan Awards. After a three-year hiatus, the Talleys resumed performing together in 1996 with the current lineup and have since established themselves as a mainstay of Christian music. Throughout their career, the Talleys have achieved eleven number one songs, and have received numerous Singing News Fan Awards and Dove Awards. They have also been recognized for their appearances on the Gaither Homecoming video series and concert tour, as well as In Touch with Dr. Charles Stanley and John Hagee Ministries. The Talleys have also appeared on RFD-TV's "The Music City Show," and have toured overseas to countries like Norway, Northern Ireland, Italy, and South Africa. They continue to take their music with a message to audiences across America each year. The Talleys describe themselves as a "normal family." However, they are dedicated to their faith and family, whether they are performing on stage or enjoying a ball game at home. Lauren Talley, the group's lead singer, has said, "When people hear our songs, we want them to clearly understand the gospel in the lyrics, and know that God really can make a difference in their lives."
