Restless Spirit is a 4-piece doom, sludge, stoner rock, metal band from Long Island, New York. To date, they have 6 releases; their debut titled "Tardus Mortem" in 2015, "Harvest" in 2016, a 3-song ep "1922" in 2017, "Lord of the New Depression" in 2019, a 2-song ep "Clarity" in 2020, and "Blood of the Old Gods" in 2021.
