Edward Simoni

Edward Simoni learned to play flute at the age of 14 and it became his main instrument together with piano. He discovered the panflute by chance, and he became so interested that he learned it on his own, creating distinctive sound. Later he made numerous recordings. His albums were awarded with gold and platinum awards. He became even more successful when he decided to participate in the ZDFHit parade in Berlin. Together with Gheorghe Zamfir he is called one of the most successful panflute players in the world. He is known as the Magician of Panflute. He can be seen in different television programs at home and abroad. He is also a popular live-musician for gala events, playing different instruments. Edward Simoni is also fascinated by the sound of the church organ, therefore from time to time he performs in churches. He cooperates with many other artists, such as James Last, Tatjana Seyffert and Francisco Araiza. The music of Edward Simoni is classified as Easy Listening and E, U and F-Music. One can find here classical, rock and even techno influence, making him a quite flexible and open artist.
